I am Sharma Santoshkumar Popatlal — Head Incharge of PDV Octavision Ghana Ltd. Over the past 25 years I have personally led and handled numerous projects across CCTV surveillance, low voltage systems, fire & security automation, and integrated property protection — for refineries, power plants, banks, corporate industries and private properties across India, the Philippines and Ghana.

Reliance Industries Ltd — Jamnagar Refinery
Jamnagar, India
Project named "Jamnagar Security Management System – 2.0 (JSMS 2.0)" — installation of integrated low voltage systems across the Reliance Industries Ltd refinery complex, including CCTV surveillance, access control, perimeter security, and centralized monitoring infrastructure for one of the world's largest refining facilities.
Service & Technical Manager — Corporate Industrial Projects
Pan-India
Served as Service and Technical Manager for major corporate industries including Petronet LNG, GACL, GSFC, Adani Solar (Mundra Solar PV Ltd.), BPCL, HPCL, IOCL, and across thermal & hydro power generation sectors such as NTPC, NHPC, NTECL, Adani Power, AP Genco, TS Genco, and Sembcorp (SGPL Nellore) — delivering Erection, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of low voltage and security systems.
3x55 MW Balingasag Thermal Power Plant — Minergy Power Corporation
Balingasag, Cagayan De Oro City, Philippines
Successfully completed an overseas IPA project for the 3x55 MW Balingasag Thermal Power Plant of Minergy Power Corporation in Balingasag, Cagayan De Oro City, Philippines — executed in collaboration with Mitsubishi and TPSC (Toshiba) for the erection, installation, testing, and commissioning of low voltage and electrical systems.
Regional Manager — Gujarat State Banking Security
Gujarat, India
Served as Regional Manager for Gujarat State, handling installation and maintenance of CCTV systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Burglar Alarm Systems, Access Control, and ATM DVRs across branches and ATM premises of Bank of India, State Bank of India, Dena Bank, South Indian Bank, and Union Bank in rural and urban areas of Gujarat. Responsibilities included managing service engineers, surveying new branches, submitting offers, collecting AMC reports, and reporting sales and service performance to the head office.
